Introduction

Thrive Brokerage House Pvt. Ltd. is a stock brokerage company that was founded on July 15, 1996 (31st Ashad, 2053 B.S.). Originally, it was established as Annapurna Securities Pvt. Ltd. under the Company Act of Nepal and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar. After a change in ownership, the company was renamed Thrive Brokerage House Pvt. Ltd. on July 18, 2010 (2nd Shrawan, 2067 B.S.). The company is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and is a member of the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. (NEPSE). It also serves as a Clearing Member of CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC).

Thrive Brokerage is one of the founding members of the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. (NEPSE) and has been actively involved in the Nepalese stock market since its early days, starting from the era of the “Open Outcry System.” It is the 13th company among the 25 that were initially licensed for stock brokering in Nepal and is recognized by its Stock Broker Member Code No. 13. The company’s head office is located in Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu, with two branches: one in Gairapatan, Pokhara, which started operations on April 7, 2010 (25th Chaitra, 2066 B.S.), and another in Damauli, Tanahu, which began operations on April 5, 2024 (22nd Baisakh, 2080 B.S.).

Thrive Brokerage provides comprehensive broking services for securities and shares and also offers Depository Participant (DP) services through Nepal DP Limited, a public company it promotes.
